Spot color is the most common form of screen printing and uses full-tones of color to create an image. Each color in the image is printed separately, up to 8 colors can be printed using this method on our presses.

HALFTONE PRINTING
Halftone screen printing is a technique to create the look of more colors than are actually being printed. Dots of different color printed next to each other create the illusion of many different shades.
Yields more muted, lighter tones of color
Print on any color garment, recommended for dark prints on light color garments Used For: Gradients, Background images, Using a Single color to look like its more than 1 color
SIMULATED PROCESS PRINTING
Simulated process screen printing uses a combination of spot color AND half tone to create all the colors in the image.

Used for: Full color images with many tones of color when printing on a dark shirt
GRAYSCALE PRINTING
With grayscale screen printing the image is created using full and half tones of black, grey, or white ink. Then the image can be printed in that “grayscale” version on a garment.

Print on any color garment, recommended for dark prints on light color garments for best results
Used For: One color versions of photos.
DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing offers color flexibility and is perfect for full-color custom t-shirts that don’t meet screen printing minimums.
White garments are less expensive to print than color garments due to the pretreatment needed.
Used For: Photographs or Multi-Colored images with many tones of color.
DTF HEAT TRANSER
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a versatile full-color option that works well for smaller orders, detailed artwork, and garments that may not be ideal for DTG.
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, and many performance fabrics, making it a great option for orders that fall below screen printing minimums.
Used For: Full-color artwork, detailed graphics, multi-color designs, and polyester or blended garments.
